What is the Selah Community?

The Selah Community is the best way to stay connected with Ray as he travels the globe teaching on creativity, music, and history. For a regular, monthly donation you can get special access to teaching and music from Ray, as well as other content exclusive to community members.

Is there a minimum monthly donation?

No. We ask only that each member commit to a donation of any amount on a monthly basis. Whether you can afford $1 a month or a $1000, please know that your gift helps us to do what we do!

Can I set up an automatic monthly donation?

Yes. The easiest way to set up an automatic monthly donation is use the "Donate" button on the Selah Community page. This will take you to our PayPal donation center. Simply enter in the amount that you would like to give and check "Make This Recurring (Monthly)" beside the amount.

How do I create a login?

It's simple. Go to the Selah Community page and click the Login/Sign-up button. A pop-up window will prompt you to enter an email and a password. Enter this information and click "GO". You now have access to the Community Media page where Community Media Features are posted. Don't forget to also setup your monthly donation as well.

I'm already a member, how do I login?

On the Selah Community page, click the Login/Sign-up button. In the upper right hand corner look for the text "I'm already a user, Login" and click "Login". Enter the email and password you used to sign-up and make sure to check "Remember Me" so you will remain logged in on this device.

What if I forget my password?

No problem. Go to the Selah Community page and click the Login/Sign-up button. In the upper right hand corner look for the text "I'm already a user, Login" and click "Login". Then click "Forgot your Password?" toward the bottom of the pop-up window. You will recieve an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I access the Community Media Feature?

Go to the Community Media page (remember, you must be logged in to access this page). Here you can see the Monthly Media Feature. If the feature is a download (such as an MP3), there will be a link to downlaod the file via DropBox. If the feature is a webstream (such as a webinar or video) there will be a link to watch it online.

How do I download a file using DropBox?

Simple. Just click the download link on the Community Media page. This will take you to a page where you can download the file to your device. You DO NOT need a DropBox account to download the file on a laptop or desktop computer. You DO need one if you are using a mobile device. If you would like to create an account, visit the DropBox Website and sign-up for free.

Can I access the Community Media Feature on my Smartphone or Tablet?

Yes. Most media will be accessible on any device that can connect to the Internet. For some files, such as MP3s, you may need a DropBox account to access them on your mobile device. Setting up an account is free and easy at the DropBox Website. You can also download files without a DropBox account on a laptop or desktop computer, and then transfer them to your mobile device via iTunes (or whatever mobile management software you use).

What if I need to cancel my membership?

We understand. You can cancel either by unsubscribing to the Selah Community Newsletter or by simply sending us an email and letting us know. Remember, if you have setup an automatic monthly donation via PayPal, you will also need to login to your PayPal account and cancel the automatic payment there.
